ISLAND CULINARY SERVICE,  under the direction of Graham Little, Owner and Executive Chef, has been providing catering services and food-service management to Victoria and Vancouver Island for over 30 years. We are a local company and we believe in promoting local businesses. We pride ourselves on serving locally grown produce, meats and seafoods, when available.  Our baked goods come from a local bakery.  We make most of our menu items right in our own kitchen. We care about our environment and follow environmentally-friendly practices including composting and recycling of oils and other materials.

We specialize in full-service catering for many diverse events such as movie productions, international company retreats, weddings, intimate private parties, sports windups, business banquets, BBQs, and everything in between. We offer a wide range of services for any budget. We can arrange for serving staff, bartenders, and event planners. We offer fully customizable menus using only the best locally-sourced products when available.
