A Pig Roast adds an exciting element to your event.  We use young Island-grown pigs, and generally find that a 75-pound pig will feed 100 people.  Of course, our Chef makes up his own special sauce to go on the buffet table to complement the succulent meat.

You can figure that a pig roast will normally add about $900-$1,000 (2018 pricing) to the cost of your dinner, when combined with one of our other meal suggestions.  Due to the labour-intensive nature of a pig roast, we do not offer a pig roast as a stand-alone meal. 

The cost includes the pig, special spit / barbeque rental, a ton of briquettes, and extra staffing to mount, baste, monitor, remove and carve the roast.  The rewards are a delicious meal and a fun-filled event!
